Job Description

  • Project/Program Management:
    • Supports or leads a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications.
    • Manages and oversees the planning/execution/reporting, risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, procurement, internal client management, relationship management and other project documentation for regional DEI projects.
    • Works with senior team members to support DEI governance bodies and employee and business resource groups to ensure DEI programs align with DEI regional and enterprise strategy and priorities, and leverage DEI resources and SMEs for optimal impact
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Internal - Maintains regular contact with internal clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
    • Contributes to the integration of DEI into business and client initiatives as directed by more senior team members.
    • External - Contributes to vendor and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met.
  • Analytics:
    • Create timely DEI data reports that inform goal setting and tracking.
    • Assists with analysis of DEI initiative performance reporting, drafting of scorecards, identification of trends, etc.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Responsible for all internal DEI communications / EBRG schedule of events, updating/maintaining the relevant DEI intranet pages. Effectively communicates with internal management and external clients.
    • Identifying appropriate regional DEI awards to participate in and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prepare the award submission.
Qualifications
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree.
    • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Prior Diversity leadership experience is preferred or Human Resources experience in talent management or organizational culture or as a business partner conducting DEI activities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
