Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Must have 3+ years of experience software and applications development
  • Experience with object-oriented software development methodologies
  • Experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQLs, REST/API, MongoDB, NodeJS, Express, AngularJS/ReactJS
  • Develops and communicates technical processes, standards and best practices within and outside of the product team.
  • Recognized as the go-to architect for a product or major sub-system and is seen as a leader in their specialized field
  • Leads product design and code reviews; can competently review any aspect of their product or major sub-system
  • Leads and collaborates on solutions across teams across businesses
  • Collaborate effectively with other techies to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas and resolve technological disagreement with informed, rational debate
  • Educate teams on the technical road map and help meet the strategic objectives
  • Coach, mentor, and delegate to engineers to facilitate their development
  • Help identify and recruit technical leaders into the organization
  • Desired experience in developing libraries, frameworks or scalable services.
  • Desired experience in developing high volume, concurrent, parallel asynchronous systems
