If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil N du (IN-TN), India (IN).In these roles, you will be responsible for: - Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements. - Manage and resolve blue prism automation / development related issues. - Provide advanced technical support for investigation and diagnosis for resolving BP platform related incidents to ensure Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements are compiled. - Escalate unresolved Incidents to UiPath for support. - Documenting, logging and managing calls in the Service Management tool to high standards. - Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. - Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. - Developing, configuring programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. - Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Required Skills for this role include: - Technical skills - 8+ years of experience in Microsoft.NET technologies (C#.NET) - 8+ year of experience in SQL Server - Very good hand on in Jquery and CSS - 3+ Years of experience in UiPath - Having very good automation project experience in Web, Windows, OCR, Citrix, Outlook and SAP based automations - Very good experience in UiPath Orchestrator - Ability to handle a team size of 3 or more people - Good understanding of ITIL Practices - Technically sound candidate with hands-on development experience in core OOPs - Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram - Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to talk to client and get the Business Requirements - Communicates and enforces coding standards - Performs code reviews and mentor junior developers - must willing to work in rotational shifts - Desired Skills: - Strong Domain Knowledge: Financial, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Preferences: - Graduate degree in Computer Science with minimum 5 years of experience as RPA developer using UIPathAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
