Job Description

Role descriptionYou will join a design and implementation team, for managing team for one of Solution Area, SDM, and bring thought leadership in customer engagement. You will be responsible for competency development across GSID team and sub stream financial/KPI tracking and adhering. MissionYou will take care of the following:

  1. Managing client engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies
  2. Building understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction
  3. Demonstrating significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities.
  4. Defines new & innovative delivery model and package integrated solutions not only limited to Nokia Nets portfolio Leads training, development and co-ordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams
QualificationsKey must-haves:
  • Relevant 15+ year track record of system integration services and sales, delivery or solutions creation You have hands-on experience with IMS and VoLTE technologies
  • Good understanding of Nokia Delivery process and tools
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong drive and initiative
  • Understanding of system and services business and product portfolio
  • Skilled in complex solution lead development, strong customer facing and presentation skills
Team DescriptionYou will be part of Global System Integration Delivery team among 9 Solution Integration teams, each focusing on a particular field: VoLTE, SDM etc. The SDM team is spread between Romania and Portugal, working closely with Market Services to provide the best integration solutions to our customers.
