Shift in charge will be responsible for delivering the targeted output/ cost of manufacturing andoverall equipment1. Working in shift, will be responsible for managing the entire shift operation for the planta. Labour allocation as per planb. Material movementc. Deliver the targeted shift outputd. Key inefficiencies- plan for improving OEEc. Processing shortage reviewd. Cost review- manpower cost and utility cost rs/ kg actuals vs budget.5. Will be responsible for the health and safety of all the shift crew6.
