Job Description

    Senior Specialist - Program & Project ManagementRole: Presales lead Experience: 8yearsEligibility Criteria: P4,/P5/P6 Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata No of Position: 6 Job Summary: Presales Lead is responsible for supporting RFP s and closing all types of deals. Responsibilities includes end to end ownership of the proposal solution, bid management, commercial models, Bid defense, Proactive pitches, market research and analysis. Key Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Own bid responses end to end for customer RFXs.
    • Creates Deal Summary and Win Strategy with inputs from Practice/Sales teams
    • On-Time reporting of bid status and escalations during the bid cycle
    • Initiate necessary reviews & approvals with the leadership before bid submission.
    • Good understanding of deal commercials and pricing models
    • Work with legal teams/finance team for necessary approvals
    • Preparing capability decks for customer presentations.
    • Support client visits and events presentations
    • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers demand
    Skills:
    • 8 years of Experience in Presale/Business Solution preferably in Operations world
    • Experience in responding to RFI s/RFP s/POCs & market research
    • Good presentation skills and Ability to create quality content, write crisp & high-quality proposal
    • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
    • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
    • Willingness to travel
