Job Description

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field
  • 3 plus years of software development experience.
  • Object Oriented Design Programming experience
  • Java, Spring/SpringBoot, Hibernate, Apache CXF experience
  • Maven Jenkins experience
  • Java Script, GraphQL and SQL experience
  • Web services protocol experience. (REST, SOAP and XML)
  • Eclipse and Subversion Git experience.
  • Knowledge of Bash
  • Team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully communicate with distributed development and test teams.
  • Good understanding of software development practices and disciplines.
  • Proficient understanding of Agile development methodologies
Preferred:
  • IVR platform development and VRU software experience. (Edify, Nuance, Intervoice, Genesys, Cisco and VXML)
  • Voice application software development experience.
  • Call center or customer service application experience
  • Knowledge of SIP Protocol.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, design and implement client applications.
  • Add features and functionality to existing client applications.
  • Client systems for potential improvements.
  • Complete required documentation of client applications including enhancements, changes, bug and implementation.
  • Consult, assist and advise other developers.
