Job Description

The position requires a high caliber Senior Software Engineer for software development. Minimum 8 years of experience in Enterprise Software Application development

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Expert in any one of the following Java, C#, Python, Typescript
  2. Expertise in developing REST API
  3. Experience in cloud-based architectures, highly available distributed systems, event driven architecture and stream processing systems
  4. Experience working in any of the public clouds Azure, AWS, GCP
  5. Experience in streaming technologies like Kafka, KSQL, Kafka streams, Flink, Storm
  6. Experience in oAuth, Single Sign-on, Caching techniques
  7. Experience in polyglot persistence
  8. Experience in databases and database design SQL NoSQL (Oracle/MySql/Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB/Cassandra)
  9. Proficient with coding guidelines for highly efficient programming and knowledge of design patterns and OO design
  10. Experience and strong understanding of DevOps principles
  11. Experience working in Scrum

Desirable:

  1. Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, Puppet, collaboration tools for code review
  2. MQTT, IoT Hub, Digital Twins
  3. Proficiency in HTML/JS/CSS
  4. Exposure to TDD,BDD

Role

  1. To actively take part in deriving key Software requirements functional non-functional.
  2. Responsible for Coding, Unit testing, and peer reviews.
  3. Verify and Validate design through Unit Testing, Integration Testing and support System Testing.
  4. Adherence to Development Process and provide inputs in schedule estimation.
  5. Work seamlessly with Design and Architecture team to implement highly scalable systems.
  6. Understand and deduce the software requirements and high-level design.
  7. Execute high level design into detail design and coding.
  8. Develop and execute comprehensive Unit testing
  9. Involve and support in Integration Testing.
  10. Ensure thorough documentation of detailed design.
  11. Adherence to design and process excellence.
  12. Guide team members technically.
