Job Description

Key tasks

  1. Establish and maintain Quality Data Excellence Database
  2. Establish and maintain Quality Dashboard
  3. Handle Data Excellence tasks
  4. Provide analytics to support and solve quality problems
  5. Deliver standard and Ad hoc quality reports
  6. Continually improve the quality of database and dashboard
Success Criteria s

  2. Quality of deliverables
Minimum requirements to educational background Bachelor s degree in Statistics or Equivalent Minimum requirements to working experience
  1. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
  2. Business Intelligence/Analytics
  3. Database querying Skills in MS SQL Server
  4. Data Visualizations with Power BI
  5. ETL Skills in SSIS
  6. Advanced Excel (incl. writing VBA codes)
  7. Automation skills using Microsoft Flow
  8. SharePoint Design and Development (+)
  9. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, SAP Lumira etc.
  10. Knowledge of statistical programming using R, Python etc.
  11. Knowledge of SAP QM/IQOS (+)
  12. Six Sigma Green Belt (+)
  13. Has managed small teams (> 4 members)
  14. Project management
