Job Description

  • As one of our new Senior IT Security Analysts, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with managing and developing Ramboll s global cyber and information security programmes.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
  • Develop, implement and maintain information security policies, standards and procedures and ensure Ramboll related to Information Technology infrastructure adhere to Security by Design principles
  • Enforce and facilitate the routine review of policies, standards and associated procedures to ensure current, appropriately approved and communicated documentation
  • Provides meaningful input on security & data privacy matters to leadership, including preparing effective presentations and communications regarding security matters.
  • Develop and/or ensure adherence to policy approval and publishing workflow within the approval system
  • Coordinates timely responses to questions submitted to the information security mailbox
  • Ensure the development and management of information security awareness campaigns that targets both end users and specialized audiences
  • Organize and coordinate Rambolls Cyber Security Awareness Program
  • Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts in order to create appropriate content for training and learning
  • Recommend to management and implement appropriate course improvements

  • A 4-year undergraduate degree in related field of study (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science)
  • At least 5 years of relevant prior work experience in cyber and information security work experience is required, including experience leading multiple engagement teams
  • A CISA or CISSP or CISM is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining security policies, security processes, security procedures, security standards and training materials
  • Ability to develop, execute and manage security training and awareness initiatives
  • Ability to manage vendors and maintain vendor contracts
Communication skills that will help you succeed in this role include:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as reports, procedure manuals and training materials
  • Ability to plan and conduct training and awareness sessions
Technical skills that will help you succeed in this role include:
  • Should demonstrate basic technical proficiency and the curiosity, willingness and ability to learn advanced IT security environments.
  • Must have a solid awareness of General IT controls and activities. This includes strong knowledge across a breadth of IT processes, including but not limited to: security operations, program management, security administration, system operations, change management, data governance, privacy, and incident/problem management.
  • Must have experience in e-learning, webinar or/and podcast production along with SharePoint based publishing and website maintenance skills
  • Experience with survey tools is additional
