Centralize and monitor events and notifications from all SD related CIs and support in the escalation Coordinate with terminal IT/OT site support to ensure compliance to established maintenance calendars Execution of the APMT Operational Excellence program across the region Development and maintenance of service level agreements First point of contact for managing escalations on incidents, RCA s and Change Requests Setup and manage regional Change Advisory Board Manage internal and external audits First point of contact for the region for SOE and the Cyber team Actively participate in the APMT IT Service Management community Provide executive Service management and Cyber reporting Ensure cyber security compliance across the regionPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESEnsures: Optimum implementation and use of industry standard ITSM processes and tooling in line with global standards Delivery of Operational Excellence program across the region Service level and Cyber Security compliance across the region Business Continuity ManagementShow More We are looking forCRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE In depth knowledge and experience in industry standard ITSM practices, processes and structured/disciplined way of working. Experience in leading the management and control of the EUC estate, developing and maintaining related policies, processes and changes as well as supporting Office 365 services within an organisation Experience in driving operational excellence & efficiency (develop innovative solutions and/or systems modifications to reduce user problems), deliver on KPIs and SLA s. Hands-on experience in supporting disaster recovery planning, testing, organizing system activities including planned maintenance events, system backup processes and disaster recovery drills. Experience of mobile device management (android/iOS) and VDI solutions and platforms Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders and very strong people skills to manage multiple stakeholders including users, Onsite IT/OT support, project teams, service desk, vendors. Strong leadership, analytical and high level technical skills and ability to work independently. Qualified to practioner level in ITIL v3 or managing professional ITIL 4 and relevant hands-on experience in project management Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a related field; with 5-7 years of successful IT professional experience in Systems (Windows & Linux) Administration.,
