Job Description

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Maintenance method analysis and development support for Exsiting Global Products.
  • Development cum closure of Risk Assessment document (AS/ASG) from cross functional reviews.
  • Supporting efficiency improvements in terms of ITE study and development for replacement and major repair work.
  • Supporting MBM development for New products and extend support for SEB team for review of current products.
  • Participation and support for key category actions rolled out for implementation
  • PSR compilation on Maintenance angle for new product rollout
  • Development of innovative Installation and major repair tools towards operational efficiency.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET
  • Excellent working Knowledge of Elevator installation & Maintenance methodologies and tools. (Scaffold and Scaffoldless)
  • Trouble shooting skills during installation of new products and major repairs.
  • Good knowledge in design intrepretation of new components etc. (Electrical)
  • Define with clarity the technical risks after evaluation in new product development or major repair activity.
  • Knowledge of Ride comfort analysis and trouble shooting skills.
  • Sound knowledge of interpretation of tech documents like AM/AS/ASG/QD etc.,
  • Modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD & Modelling tools.
  • Exposure to Documentation platform software applications.
  • Excellent working knowledge in MS office applications.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • 7-10 years of overall experience
  • Min 5-7 years of sound experience in Elevator Maintenance area.
  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Electrical) /M.Tech (Electrical)
