Job Description

Mandatory Skills

  1. 3 years+ experience of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (7.1) as techno-functional consultant
  2. Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
  3. Integration of 3rd party test automation tool to Solman
  4. Business Process Analytics setup
  5. Experience of Solman Focused Build and Business Change Analyzer seen as advantage
  6. In-depth configuration expertise of Test Suite, IT Service Management and CharM features in Solution Manager
  7. SAP Basis understanding/experience
Tasks :
  1. Configuring, customizing and continuous development of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 based on customer (project) requirements
  2. Root cause analysis on Solman issues
  3. Provide expert insights and advice on best practices to stakeholders
  4. Assess and test impacts of system upgrades and service package updates
  5. Provide functional support for end-users on Test Suite, ITSM and ChaRM
General Skills:
  1. Working experience in matrix environment
  2. Must have handled large projects with complexity
  3. Excellent Team player
  4. Curiosity to learn new things and high analytical skills
  5. Good Problem solver with a Can Doattitude
  6. Experience in Virtual Communication tools eg Microsoft teams
  7. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  8. Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  9. Ability to work both independently as well as in cross-cultural and -functional teams
  10. Customer- and service-oriented attitude
