1) Provide 24x7x365 communication support, direct visit to client location and leadership for all ITSM related calls Technical reviews ensuring client standards are maintained. Facilitate sharing of best practices. 2) Ensure effective knowledge management. Address application level issues and responsible for defining governance reports. 3) Knowledge and experience on ITSM toolsets i.e. (Remedy, CMDB etc). 4) ITIL Certified Professional. Excellent Communication, coordination and analytical skills Knowledge in Linux/Redhat6/Network CCNA/Bigfix, Vmware Certified in MCSA/MCSE. Education Qualification Any Degree/Diploma.
