This group started its journey in 1897 and through the years have diversified from High Tech Engineering to Consumer Products.Job ProfileKey Responsibilities- Responsible for overall Regional business Topline and meeting P&L as per the business plan for individual Line of Business (LOB/TU) - Responsible for managing Principal and Key Customer relationship for the specified market - Identify areas of market potential and growth and provide insights for building a regional strategy in line with the Corporate guidelines - Align with the respective Line of Business and Delivery organization to share Customer/Project insightsJob Description- Responsible for fulfilling Order Booking and Revenue Budgets for a specific region covering a group of Business (LOB) - Maintain thought partnership with existing client (Accounts) at different levels - Responsible for successfully driving large pursuits (> $2 Mn in Size) that will result in multi-year annuity business - Work with Sales team/AM and Marketing team to prepare & present standard/tailored credentials to create Leads/Opportunities in net new accounts both on reactive and proactive models - Work in existing accounts to present best practices/ case studies from other engagements to ensure participation in planned RFP-s and gain entry into other planned opportunities where we do not have a presence currently - Interact closely with Sales team/AM for Identifying and assessing cross-selling/up-selling opportunities in existing accounts primarily focused towards Digital solutions & Transformation initiatives of the account - Lead campaign execution to create net new leads/ opportunities - Manage entire RFI/ RFP Pursuit Lifecycle - Act as client thought partner with respect to organizational competence/pursuit focus with Client executivesQualification DetailsEssential Qualification: - Educated to degree level and holds a professional qualificationPreferred Qualification: - MBA in any area of specializationExperience DetailsEssential Experience: - Has achieved proficiency in the Task of Managing Business including P&L in IT industry and have worked previously in the region where the role is being assigned- Has overall experience of 12+ years including at least 7+ years in IT Service industryand 5+ years- Has at least 5 years of experience of being in similar role in the Region wherein he can contribute through his past experience in the same market- Has proven people management skills with in-depth knowledge of own organization-s policy framework, management structures and reporting procedures for all aspects of the IT Services environment and related activities (sales & marketing)Preferred Experience: Has worked in the Infor or Microsoft ecosystemSpecial SkillEssential : Commercial Orientation Customer Focus Influence and Persuasion Planning and OrganizationPreferred : Understanding of the local regulatory needs in terms of business operations, visa, employee related criteria, partnership models, etc,
