Job Description

    Job summaryThe Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The primary objective of the QS organization is to provide manual testing support, which includes regression and new feature/product testing. As a Senior Associate, Quality Services you will execute complex work procedures for small-scale projects or a set of assigned components for a larger scale project with minimum direction.Roles & Responsibilities: Review work instructions and standardize processes to achieve quality Audit test results, use tools for reporting status, own closure reports, and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Capture metrics and look for improvement in deliverables, quality and process Understand and execute instructions to test one or more device / application features Contribute to training and knowledge sharing sessions on areas applicable to the team Handle queries raised by peers and assist them with unblocking issues Identify gaps in operating procedures / task steps and suggest changes Deliver high quality and meet deadlines Ensure compliance and follow all applicable policies for securing protected information Learn the conceptual flow of work related to the project, Graduate, preferably in a quantitative field of study with relevant experience of 1- 2 years Experience reporting any deviations/bugs from their quality experience Experience sharing knowledge gained with peers Familiarity using computer and software Ability to follow defined processes and adhere to policies Good communication skills Detailed oriented and a team player Understanding of software testing Ability to conceptually understand the work flow
