Job Description

  • Leveraging data from Google Analytics 360 (GA 360), you will support the on-shore campaign optimization team answer questions around the best/worst performing digital channel to realize their overall campaign goals, reason behind significant incline/decline in traffic, compare traffic as per site benchmarks etc.
  • Build Ad-hoc performance reports on Google Data Studio to evaluate data driven insights and identify opportunities for channel optimization
  • Help coach stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and supporting metrics based on their channel requirements
  • Train users on leveraging the firm-wide web channel dashboards that are built on Salesforce Analytics Studio and GA 360
  • Design and document analytics tracking specifications for web channel
  • Assist onshore team for building Tagged URLs
Analytics tools and processes
  • Help identify opportunities in the web analytics toolset to create enhancements in reporting
  • Ensure integrity of web analytics data; identify any possible data inaccuracy and recommend fixes for code or tagging
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in site tagging, analytics and testing
  • Ensure alignment of reporting periods and submission of metrics reports by campaign owners and member firms to provide aggregated performance data for executive scorecard
  • Ability to handle back-end data management on web analytics tools
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience with Google Analytics (GA 360) is a must
  • Create data studio dashboards on Google Analytics respectively
  • Some knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud and Datorama is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of tagging process and tag management platforms in Web Analytics tools
  • Should have some knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word
  • Prior exposure with creating dashboards using BI tools like Power BI is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills, to prepare and present concise reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Well organized with good prioritization (time management) / workload management abilities
  • Proactive work style and ability to work under own initiative
  • Strong project management skills along with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word
  • Prior exposure and / or interest in learning BI tools like QlikSense is preferred
