Today, HPE is one of the worlds leading technology companies and provides wired and wireless networking, servers, storage, IT and Cloud services for the next generation of IT infrastructure.Your Role:Responsible for the execution of operational processes across the end to end sales cycle within a defined function which may include quote and configuration, pricing, services engagement and contract management and order management. Measures, reviews and analyzes for efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes. Accountable for operational performance based metrics and agreed upon service level objectives/agreements as well as ensuring adherence to HP policies and compliance with applicable legal requirements.The Configuration and Quotation operator works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment, supporting the Enterprise Business s (EB) Partners and Offshore Team (FE) Sales Teams, within the area of Configuration and Quotation. He/she is located in a central configuration and quotation team and has a wide variety of responsibilities.Responsibilities:

  • Applies basic foundation of a functions principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
  • Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through product specialized training, education or previous experience.
  • Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
  • Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
  • Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
  • Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Full-time Bachelors degree mandatory.
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in a business related function, or preferably BE/B.Tech/B.SC (Computer Science)/BCA.
  • Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
  • Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Basic knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Tools, Watson, SFDC, Eclipse, EzC Config).
  • Ability to work as active member of a team.
  • Basic understanding of internal business processes and policies.
