Job Description

Sales Processing Analyst II bThis role has been designated as Edge , which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an industry leading Technology Company that enables customers to go further, faster. With the industry s most comprehensive portfolio, spanning the cloud to the data center to workplace applications, our technology and services help customers around the world make IT more efficient, more productive and more secure.Executes Monitor and control activities for Global Order Processing that includes end to end order management process from receipt of order till order clean. Analyze and provide executive report out on improvement projects status and action plan. Lead and drive improvement projects including executive business presentations.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Monitor and Control, process improvement for one or more assigned areas in the order management space
  • Report out project status with action plan to closure
  • analyzes results to develop forecasts, identify issues and opportunities, and works directly with order processing teams and other cross functions
  • Communicates data and issue analysis to clients and internal and external stakeholders
  • provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to order processing team, policies and tools to improve performance to improve customer satisfaction
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically, 7-9 years experience
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience designing and implementing processes, executive business presentations and tools to support order processing life cycle
  • Strong analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of and experience in applying business and order processing tools, systems and practices to various situations
  • Reviewing and interpreting client agreements and resolving ambiguity or issues
  • Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying order processing resources and activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all cross functions like CPQ, Supply Chain, Engineering Teams etc., and negotiate options at management levels.
