As a RBM you will handle Sales & Business Development of Homeopathy,Ayurvedic,Herbal business based at Chennai HQ, covering will be Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABMs & MRs and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force. Required Candidate profileB.Sc or Graduate 8-12 yrs in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as 2nd Line Manager handling Homeopathy,Ayurvedic,Herbal Segment based at Chennai HQ, covering will be Tamil Nadu and Kerala . You should be good in Man Management & Business Development. You should be very well in Malayalam / Tamil language. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Field Force.You should be in Homeopathy sales and BD will be added advantage. ,
