Job Description

  • Onboarding and certification of new joinees within set timelines Regular and rigorous new joinee onboarding trainings to be done for all business verticals and ensure product/system/process knowledge by a certification process New Joinees Productivity Drive the SQM to achieve Sales Productivity of New Joinees across all locations in the region.
  • Drive Productivity of the TSE for OCC channels.
  • Working closely with RSM/SQM & Sales Managers & TSE to ensure there is improvement in the overall productivity of low performers TSE skill upgradation.
  • Drive the SQM to achieve agent skill upgradation of monitored callers across all locations in the region.
  • Drive Training & Call Monitoring Drive & monitor regions, to ensure SQM achieve high call quality levels by structured effort through barge ins & design training calendar & completion of training as scheduled.
  • Channel Objectives & Channel efficiency Ensure & drive channel efficiency by regular feedback & training sessions to RSM/QM SM.
  • Regular internal Audits & Control Intra city compliance/quality check for all OCC channels(2) Report submission & adherence on findings to ensure standard quality check are followed & all auditable guidelines are adhered across the regions.
  • Drive Call Quality Scores of the region.
  • Ensure telecalling at all locations in various verticals is as per specified calling scripts & they are on standardised platform & meet benchmarks set on pre-defined quality parameters.
  • TSE engagement activities Drive TSE engagement activities across location.
  • Create visibility & acceptance of activity on floor.
  • Team Management Review and manage the SQMs across locations on productivity on trainings , audits, call monitoring and business targets.
