**Key Accountability Statement**Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supplybase that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery andtechnologyEvaluate all RFQ Inputs from Customers, study the BOM and collect quotes fromsuppliers and prepare the final product cost and submit the quotation tocustomers for getting business orders. Initiate more cost reductionexercise, identify right product at the right cost.With particular focus on castings, review suppliers processes and identifyimprovement opportunities in processes and systems at supplier locations toimprove quality, cost and flow of supplied materials throughout the entiresupply chainWork with R&D on New Product Development (NPD) to ensure the integrity andclarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations arecommunicated effectively to supporting suppliersUse project management skills and tools to investigate alternate componenttechnologies for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability andimplement changesAfter receiving the quote from different vendors select the best quote interms of price/SPQ/MOQ/LT and put the best one in the Cost working sheet(CWS).Analyse the Top value parts in the BOM very Aggressively and find the bestpossible way to meet the customer expectation like suggesting alternates withbest cost, Knocking suppliers worldwide, Attacking the manufacture with LOA.Conduct supplier system and process audits in compliance with Busch GVTssupplier performance and monitoring goals and objectives**Qualification -** BE ECE with 10 to 15 years of experience skillsSourcing, supplier selection, BOM, selection process.
