Job Description

Quality Case Review EngineerThis role has been designated as Edge , which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Hewlett Packard Enterprise advances the way people live and work.   • Review closed tickets/cases from various HPE COMPUTE products and performs root cause analysis.
  • Categorizes outcome in the case that are utmost importance to understand and address any quality issues with the components.
  • Research and analyze customer call center data for completeness, and updating information and other related documentation.
  • Provide input to stakeholders to help identify areas of process improvement and propose changes to increase quality awareness and culture in the organization.
  • Coordinate with supervisory and non-supervisory employees in various administrative tasks directly and indirectly related to the units primary function.
Education and Experience Required:
  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Typically 2 - 4 years experience.
