Immediate interview & start !Minimum educational qualification - Graduate in any subject.Sales experience - At least 8-10 years PROJECT SALES in building materials & architectural products.Techno commercial sales experience is necessary.Products handled - Architectural products / Specialty construction products / Finishing products.Related industry product categories - Facade & glazing solutions, floorings, ceiling systems, interior fit-out, turnkey interiors, window & door systems, acoustic paneling, etc.Customer segments serviced - Architects, builders, project developers, hospitality chains, landscape consultants & HNI end customers.IMPORTANT- Experience in Project Sales as against Trade Sales. Needs tohave an existing relationship with given enterprise customer segments inselling architectural products.OTHER SKILLS- Since interaction with high-end customers isnecessary, good communication & presentability is important.NOTE: Plywood, laminates, paints, glass and othercommoditized product salesmen, please excuse.
