Understand scope of work & lead a team of engineers and deliver projects of required quality on time from both project management and technical perspective. Estimations and scheduling, Process setup for the resource management. Should have very good exposure to Automotive Interiors and exteriors. Expertise in Solid Modeling, Surface Modeling, Assembly, Drafting Modules in CAD software Catia V5 and NX. Should have practical exposure to Daimler processes, standards & methodologies on migration projects and exposure to various Daimler tools such as CADIQ, HQM, SMARAGD, Migration Add on and CAD Viewer etc. Design modification and re-mastering of automotive Interiors, Exteriors, Powertrain components / parts. Good at understanding of Engineering Drawings and proficiency in creation of Manufacturing Drawings. Interacting with customer regularly for understanding specifications, project scope and feedback on results and deliverables Organize the work flow and work allocation for project in consultation with team members. Monitor the technical outputs on the projects and ensure that it meets the project specifications. Plan on work, Estimate time for completion of individual module, set deadlines/ milestones to deliver project on time. Project documentation and detail project presentation. Possesses excellent communication, leadership, inter-personal, and customer management skills.
