Responsible for production planning to ensure the team meets the desired SLAs. Interfaces with Process Associates, Account Operations Leads, Sub-Region Manager , Sales Reps, Channel Partners and End-users.Key Value-addAccountable for daily production management and driving overall productivity of the teamPartners with TS Sales and Business Unit to generate orders, revenue & drive customer satisfactionResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily, weekly and monthly production planning to ensure the team meets the TAT KPIsWork with Global deal specialist to get the volume forecast for various GTMs across Sub-Regions / Countries and plan staffing of production resourcesConduct daily huddles to discuss the volume inflow vs forecast, open volume and backlogs with production resources and plan for completionEnsure TAT related escalations are acknowledged and addressed on timeEnsure prioritization of work requests as requested by Account Operations Leads are acknowledged and completed on timeEnsure productivity variance between processors is reduced to improve the overall productivity of the teamEnsure overall productivity targets for the team are metWorkflow / queue management in SFDCStakeholdersWork closely with, and have responsibility for the Processing Team within their respective GTMsAccount Operations LeadBusiness Process AnalystSub-Region ManagerTraining and Quality TeamMeasureOverall productivity of the teamTurn-Around TimeNumber of open controllable backlogsPositive TCE scores.Education and Experience Required: Bachelors degree mandatory.Typically 5 - 7 years experienceJoin us and make your mark!We offer:
