Job Description

  • Melting, Gravity Die Casting, Fettling & Core Making.
  • Knowledge about Induction furnace BT furnace.
  • Experience in metal preparation and metal modification for both GDC and PDC process.
  • Making raw material and consumable plan.
  • Experience in furnace patchwork and lining work.
  • Knowledge about Spector analysis, K-Mold, vacuum test, and degassing process.
  • Knowledge in Flex usage.
  • Knowledge in Production planning and controlling.
  • Knowledge in POKA YOKE implementation.
  • Knowledge in metal transfer ladle preparation and temperature maintenance.
  • Knowledge in fettling shot blasting, heat treatment, dispatch, and also final inspection.
