Job Description

Danfoss is looking for Production Planner with experience into Secure the correct demand to be provided to our customers at the same time as inventories are optimized. Plan production to secure optimal utilization of flow and resources. Co- ordinate with Inbound Logistic to ensure raw materials and stay in dialogue with customer service about urgent orders and allocation. Key Task Responsibilities:

  1. Stock controlling for Semi and Finished Goods (monitor / level responsible / counting). Release planned orders - production order (semi- and finished).
  2. Follow up on the daily production output. SOP (sales operation planning) / programming in SAP. Maintain Production master data (e.g. new codes / deletions / changes).
  3. Production load leveling, Prioritization of production orders, Scrap registration for Finished Goods. Components stock deviation at the shopfloor.
  4. Ensure information regarding production planning level, changes in demand relevant for Supplier collaboration and development.
  5. Stock controlling (monitor / level responsible / counting). Monitor Global Sales. Monitor Global Availability Reliability. Make sure sales orders are confirmed (delivered) as requested - take action.
  6. Evaluate the sales pattern - take actions when needed. Monitor stock transport orders
  7. Ensure colleagues and stakeholders around the world are up to date and get the information they need.
  8. Support continuous improvements in Supplier Network.
  9. Maintain Purchase Master Data. Provide inputs to SLA agreements MOQ/yearly demand. Support Supplier Performance (highlight address issues / analyze root causes)
Experience: 4- 6 years with bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical) ,
