Job Description

    Important Note:- Fluent English, Kannada, Telugu/Tamil (all 3 languages are mandatory to know)- Education : 12th is minimum qualification and with 0-5 years of experience- Stay, 3 times food, Cab facility/Travelling expenses will be taken care of by the company- 6 days working (Rotational Shift and Week Off)- Should be able to join Immediate or within 20-25 days- Designation - Product Executive for both of the requirementsSALES: Responsibilities :-
    • Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines
    • Perform all follow up for all outbound calls
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
    Requirements and skills :-
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    • Proficiency in English,Kannada and any1regional language (Tamil or Telugu)
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
