General
Management of Procurement analysis/analytics activities. Support with the secondary research on the external market indices and ensuring the centre achieves its results and objectives in a timely manner. Day to day tasks within the objectives and KPIS with direct and considerable impact through own work to the Global Procurement Function. Proactive problem solving with can do attitude by existing/continuous improvement of global processes /working methods to make it lean and more efficient.
Deliver on periodical reports on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity
Development and productizing of analysis in relation to global operations of procurement for standard offering
Ensure accuracy and structure in procurement data
Creating dashboards with Power BI or other similar tools
Ensure master data integrity in key systems / maintaining the processes to support data quality
Highly proficient user of MS office products
Secondary research to get the insightful information
QlikView / PowerBi or similar reporting system knowledge
Excellent numerical accuracy and agilityProfound Knowledge of SAP environments and extraction of data
Understanding of procurement processes and business requirements as well as category management
Contract Management - strong proficiency with SQL
Implementation and communication of new dashboards , planning actions related to findings
Predicting management requirements for reporting , analytics and analysis
Capability to standardize and productize the analysis for Procurement

Experience in handling global stakeholders and handling day- to- day operational requests from the business

Secondary research to support projects with external indices
Support the categories with the price comparisons for Should cost analysis.
Development , maintenance and analyse , improve , global dash boards and reports
Support the category managers with insights for decision making
Analyse the price linearity for all the categories and highlight the cost reduction opportunity
Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results
