Summary: What you need to know about the role- Reporting to the Procurement Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities include day to day oversight of global procurement operations activities. : Your way to impact -

  • You will be responsible for Service Now Case Management queue support of any procurement/buying related inquiries and escalations.
  • You will identify P2P Excellence opportunities as they relate to Procurement Operations activities and work with the P2P Excellence team for implementation where necessary.
Your day to day -
  • Responsibilities include reviewing and approving exceptions on Ariba Purchase Requisitions.
  • PRxe2x80x99s for review include those that flagging an exception including shipping locations, commodity codes etc.
  • Review to include checks for compliance to company policies and procedures, commodity code selection, as well as ensuring requestor is sourcing goods/services using preferred suppliers.
  • Articulating correct processes and assisting internal customers to ensure compliance will be a key component of this role.
  • You will support Accounts Payable to resolve invoice posting issues due to PO set up, working with PO owners to revise/update as needed.
  • You will work with key business partners on housekeeping items such as missing goods receipts, Missing invoices etc. to ensure integrity of open items.
  • You will ensure compliance with the Global Procure to Pay Policy.
  • You will be responsible to close out completed Purchase Orders and work with employees to create new annual POxe2x80x99s as needed. Ongoing manual review process will be developed and implemented in conjunction with PO close automation.

  • Proficiency with SAP ECC and Ariba P2P Modules a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international hybrid team.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions related to corporate policies.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
