    PRINTER SUPPORT ENGINEERField Support MandatoryExperience : 6 months to 2 YearLocation: Chennai, Bangalore, HyderabadGood English communication skillsKnowledge on End-To-End IT Life-CycleProviding warranty based support on-field for the customers or user of Desktop/LaptopDiagnose Printer hardware (Commercial/Consumer models) for finding faulty hardwareProvide solution to user/customer by promptly identifying the right hardware component required to be added or replaced to overcome the defectCapable to rightly replace all the required hardware components of the Printers/Copiers, IPS PrintersProficient in using various OEM defined Tool-Kits for servicing/repairing the PrintersProficient in printer spares Components, Toners, Print-heads, Scanner-Lens, etc.Superior interactive skills to communicate with client and customer teams, for understanding their service demandsExpertise in customer relationship matters and proficient managerial skillsField support mandatory Engineers shall be required to travel to assigned customer sites/locations and provide service support (onsite)Should have a long-time career-oriented goal to work for this demand in our organization
