SummaryLeads the execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting of treasury transactions in foreign exchange, investment, risk management and other treasury operations. Develops and communicates processes and strategies to integrate a highly effective worldwide treasury function. Analyzes and makes recommendations to executive management for optimum investment portfolio structure and strategies. Serves as subject matter expert/trusted advisor for treasury operations.Essential Job FunctionsDevelops and oversees strategies to manage the investment process of excess company funds and subsidiaries, according to approved investment guidelines. Oversees the reporting and report creation.Directs the execution of foreign exchange coverage through commercial and/or investment banks. Oversees the maintenance and development of systems and procedures to enhance investment/foreign exchange management.Directs and oversees the analytical support to special projects (cash repatriation, hedging, funding etc.) to assess options, create alternatives and determine appropriate courses of action. Leads teams in conducting analyses for highly complex assessments.Oversees the utilization and development of third party treasury systems to provide relevant information on investments, hedge positions or other vehicles to senior management.Coaches colleagues to enhance their performance, development, and work product.Prepares quarterly consolidated counterparty credit risk report. Identifies key performance metrics and benchmarking data to help identify potential problems. Consolidates exposures across investment portfolio, banking, credit lines, and contracts for senior management reporting.Develops quarterly summaries of performance results and key attribution measurements and monitors compliance to investment policies. Develops financial models and forecasts to be used for strategic decision making.Basic QualificationsMasters degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMasters degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferredTen or more years of finance, accounting or related experienceFive or more years of supervisory or management experience includedExperience working with company financial activities, legal policies and corporate lawExperience working with cash management and utilization processes; and experience working with the investment industry, related financial markets and institutionsExperience working with financial operations concepts, practices, procedures and financial softwareExperience working with compliance-related guidelines, laws and regulationsOther QualificationsStrong strategic management and planning skillsStrong leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnelStrong analytical, problem solving and organization skills to balance and prioritize workStrong communication skills to interact with upper management, staff, vendors and clientsStrong leadership skills to coordinate, oversee, develop, and lead team members and global teamsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quicklyAbility to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolutionAbility to keep sensitive and confidential material privateWork EnvironmentOffice environment,
