Job Title - Principal - Agile CoachThe Purpose of This RoleThe Agile Coach has experience, passion and knowledge around leading the Agile transformation initiatives, As a Lean-Agile transformation expert, you ll be sharing your knowledge and experience on how to improve the performance of release trains and accelerate delivery across the organization.The Value You DeliverWill be responsible for expanding Agile awareness, as well as developing and launching Agile transformation in both operations and IT programs. This may include executive level consulting and training, program level engagement and training, coaching and mentoring team level coaches, release train engineers.As an expert from the Agile industry and with the technology experience, will advise, coach, guide and inspire through lean agile practices and principals. Will be responsible for working with Product Managers, and giving them the information, advice, knowledge, tools, techniques and networks to create lasting change and sustainable transformation.The Skills that are Key to this role(The ideal candidate should have)What You ll Be DoingAssesses organizational Agile maturity via surveys, metrics, observations, interviewsPartners with different levels (through VP) to drive opportunities for value delivery acceleration across the organization and within the trains/teams as needed;Successfully executes on any relevant offerings: (training/custom workshops, coaching, mentoring, value stream analysis)Establishes connections to Communities of Practice and/or other lines-of-businessShares Industry Trends and enables sustainable cultural changeDeep background in coaching and developing people, and in influencing behavior change towards constant improvementBehavioral

How Your Work Impacts the OrganizationFidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) is a Group formed in 2018 to bring together the former Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management Services (FPCMS) and Asset Management (AM) Investment Operations teams. It provides accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment products. These services include calculating and distributing NAVs, distribution rates and yields for a wide variety of investment products; preparing fund financial statements, dividend estimates and tax returns; monitoring delivery of fund trades to custodian banks; processing corporate actions; collecting securities income on behalf of the funds; reconciling, reporting and moving money in support of fund shareholder transactions; and managing fund liquidity.The Expertise We re Looking ForAt least 7 years experience in an Agile role in software and technical DeliveryAt least 7 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)7 years of experience as RTE/Agile Lead/ Leading Agile COP sIC Agile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification or SAFe certification Skills/Knowledge and experienceLocation: ChennaiCertifications:Company OverviewAt Fidelity, we are focused on making our financial expertise broadly accessible and effective in helping people live the lives they want.
