Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Services Analyst to ensure that telecommunication services are operating efficiently and effectively, identifying and resolving issues that may arise, and making recommendations for improvement.The Telecom Services Analyst must be customer-focused and service-oriented providing the highest quality service to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Job funcitons and responsibilites

  • Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICONs values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
  • Perform analysis of IT processes to identify deficiencies impacting IT efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor telecom service operations and identify issues or inefficiencies.
  • Analyze data related to telecom services, such as usage patterns, network performance, and costs.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for changes or improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve telecom service operations, such as reducing costs or increasing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate telecom services with other systems and applications.
  • Maintain documentation related to telecom services, such as user manuals, service level agreements, and performance reports.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including end-users, vendors, and management, to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to telecom services.
  • Provide support to end-users for telecom service issues.
  • Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence; acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs.
. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in working with telecommunication systems and services.
  • Knowledge of telecom regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on a globally dispersed team in a 24*7*365 environemnt
  • Ability to report into a manager located in another country and timezone
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
