    Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The Office Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of office functions. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, supporting staff, and facilitating communication within the office.Key Responsibilities:
    • General Office Support: Perform routine office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail. Greet and assist visitors.
    • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain and update office calendars.
    • Data Entry: Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or other tracking systems. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
    • Customer Service: Provide support and information to clients, customers, and staff. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents. Assist with office projects as needed.
