ACT Fibernet Hiring for Executive - Telecaller role (CCNR Voice process)Purpose of the RoleTo ensure collection efficiency, contributing to companys overall growth.Role Description1. Responsible to call customer and remind for payment.2. Responsible to act as a bridge between field executives and team leaders3. Responsible for constantly follow up Arrears payment4. Work consistently to rectify billing error5. Responsible for Analysis and feedback of unpaid accounts6. Follow up for reactivation of inactive accounts.Key Result AreasTo contribute towards companys profitability by ensuring 100% collection both in terms of customer andvalue resulting to a sustained business with desired customer satisfaction.Recruitment Specifications:EducationShould have Graduate or equivalent degreeWork ExperienceShould have minimum of 1 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Voice processShould have experience in Tele calling, Customer Care or taking calls - Outbound & Inbound.
