ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES Working closely with Enterprise Architecture in defining right standards, process and approaches Working closely with business teams and MDM product owner in understanding the business problems/needs Working closely with delivery owners in understanding/evaluating that the right solution with right standards is delivered Actively contribute to wider MDM communities of best practice across the Maersk group.Responsible for Definition and communication of MDM solution architecture standards Having the ability to think out-of-the-box & provide innovative technology solutions to business issues Understanding and translating the high-level business and non-functional requirements into detailed technical solutions. Maintain knowledge of the technology innovations in the industry as well as within the broader Maersk group to use and improvise on the MDM technical solutionsShow More We are looking forProven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar Hands on experience in Web-Application and API developments with exposure to Data engineering and Master Data Management Provide strategic guidance with respect to MDM best practices MDM data profiling, data migration and data integration integration Responsible for ensuring high-quality design of dimensional models and data mapping Resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle Provide detailed documentation, end user training and knowledge-transfer services Establish information management business and functional requirements Translating requirements into actionable project initiatives with associated metrics Drives the project toward exceeding expectations on the timely completion of project milestones Must have a methodology for keeping up in this ever-changing space of information management Practical leadership in data integration tools (Talend, Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS, or other AI/ML based mastering technologies). Experience and leadership in master data management & associated tools (Profisee, IBM, Informatica, Talend, TAMR, Robotic Process Automation, etc.) Must have a technical background and be able to lead data integration, data modelling, MDM workflow, etc through a first-hand understanding of the work A deep understanding of data lifecycle (data profiling, data quality, master data management, data warehouses/marts/staging/ODS),
