Plan and conduct monthly welfare events for teams to include cultural , community service , sports , intellectual , etc Responsible for R&R in the division Roll out various programs targeting employee retention / engagement Identifying employees who are at risk and ensure recommendations are made to manage attrition Conduct exit interviews and report findings to HOD and Corporate HR Prepare appropriate communication materials in line with the corporate communication policy Manage communication through the Intranet along with other Business Partners Experience and Skills Required: Minimum of 6 years of work experience , of which at least 5 years in a supervisory role managed a team of at least 2- 3 people Educational Qualifications: MBA or Post Graduate in Human Resources from reputed colleges ,
