Recruitment Business Development ManagerBusiness Development Manager : The purpose of the role is to generate and increase sales pipeline through the identification and qualification of new staffing sales opportunities, improve revenue margins and demonstrate flexibility with a great client relationship managementResponsibilities :- Conduct research to identify new markets and Client needs. - Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing businesses .- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients for White Collar. - Develop business relationships at the CXO/ HR Head.- Interact with clients on daily bases and identify staffing opportunities. - Be accountable for revenue targets / Client relationship management. - Building accounts with contract staffing needs and ongoing support.- Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers.- Hands-on business development experience in recruitment industry is mandatory - Develop contacts with people working at influential positions across the verticals like BFSI, Pharma, BPO, IT,ITES, Banking, Aviation, etc,.General Skills : - Very good understanding of the business deliverables. - Possess over persuasion and negotiation skills - Excellent relationship building and networking skills - Having Good understanding of IT / Software skills and Technologies. - Aggressive and Target Oriented Attributes: - Self-motivated, self-managed and highly organized. - Is flexible and adaptable; consistently meet deadlines; has excellent evaluation skills. - Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills Experience: Minimum 8 Years of strong experience in Recruitment.
