Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, experienced logistics manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will coordinate product purchasing, warehousing, and distribution. You must have an accurate and precise attention to detail in order to manage daily operations, logistics personnel, and logistics systems. Responsibilities

Schedule all product distribution

Select carriers and third party services

Negotiate third party contracts and rates

Coordinate all shipments for all locations

Track and report shipment results

Train, coach, and evaluate logistical team

Develop and document standard operating procedures

Supervise and manage logistics team

Provide leadership to help team develop skills and meet goals

Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages

Review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and operations

Determine needs for expansion of routes and schedules
