Key responsibilities include:- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for acquiring new users- both paid media and organic traffic.- Build, plan and implement the overall marketing campaign strategy for x-sell and upsell to existing users.- Measure ROI and KPIs, manage the marketing budget- Work with business stakeholders on product launches, communication.- Create and implement strategy for brand positioning and visibility.- Oversee marketing teams delivery.- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvementRequired Qualifications :- 6-10 Years- experience in a consumer facing digital marketing role- Direct experience focused on SEO, SEM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, with significant emphasis on A/B testing, cohort testing and conversion optimization- Familiarity with creating marketing automation flows and user journeys- Proficiency in MS Excel- Exceptional attention to detail- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Have an eye for quality email copy and designPreferred Qualifications :- You love the thought of wearing both creative and analytical hats in your job- You- re customer-obsessed and love the idea of building relationships between subscribers and brands- You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to diagnose issues and problem-solve- You work well amidst the need for a young business to grow, but to simultaneously serve its customers- You thrive on collaborating closely with others,
