Job Details : Summary : Danfoss is looking for a Lead - Data Analytics who will be part of the Customer Service Center.This role will report to the Head of Regional Customer Service Centre.Areas of Responsibilities :- Support CSC on MIS / Reports proactively and Support internal customers- Focus on Data Quality & Process (Data maintenance in all systems)- Assess and develop processes and competences to ensure world class customer experience- Establish clear SOPs in CSC to improve efficiency- Communicate in a helpful and friendly manner with all internal customer- Identify on-going issues and eliminate repeat complaints in order to improve overall customer experience- Contribute to regular reviews of processes in order to improve efficiency and support Customer and business requirements- Support delivery of the designated services to the agreed service levels- Provide MIS / reports which will reflect team performance against KPIs
