Job Description

5 8 Years in the IT Industry with B2B experience.

Work with corporate leaders to implement a strategic plan to managing and growing the company s Revenue and market share.

Take a creative approach in identifying, qualifying and targeting new business and present new ideas to leadership.

Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and pain points and work with the technology, technical pre-sales team to develop new go-to-market solutions.

Consultative sales approach towards Solutions Service Selling with very good techno/commercial skills.

Successful proven track record of excellent key account management skills is a must. Technical/Sales certifications in few of the below mentioned areas will be key differentiator.

Responsibilities
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving company s sales goals.
  • Identify, develop and grow Key Customer Accounts across segments.
  • Meet Sales targets and customer growth targets.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quarterly yearly sales forecasting.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the corporate leadership team.
  • Travel in person meetings with customers and OEM and to develop key relationships.
  • Successful experience selling Data Center, Information Security related Solutions Services to BFSI, Infrastructure, IT / ITES, Manufacturing across Govt, Corporate / Enterprise, SMB and Institutional buyers.
  • Successful experience closing Rs.1+ Crores figure deals
  • Successful experience in building and enabling C level business relationship through direct, OEM and customer referrals and Industry forums
  • Experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
Skills
  • Skilled at planning (strategic sales plan) and managing company s revenue forecast
  • Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
  • Excel at selling Intangible solutions into B2B market
  • Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
