Job descriptionThe Installation Manager creates operational added value through the management of supervisors to meet the branch targets.Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors in order to meet Schindler business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics. Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work.
• Control the application of the safety and health guidelines.
Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation.Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions.Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors in order to meet Schindler business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics. Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize the work-groups, tools and means to meet the objectives of activity, yield and quality of the work.
