In-Scope Configure policies as per Group standards for Malware protection and removable media controls. Provide support to countries in implementing policies as per guidelines. Configure alerts and reports aligned to Group policy controls ensuring compliance to security standards. Perform necessary upgrades of software releases as per recommendation from AV vendors. Raise RFC (Request for Change) for patches and updates with support from Cloud/O365 COE Ensure that the systems are patched and updated with support from Cloud COE Create policies; fine-tune policies and ensure false positives are reduced Provide support to configuration and implement best practices on Data Leakage prevention as per organizational requirements. Ensure all end-points are updated with configured policies; latest virus signatures etc. Raise incidents with countries where-ever there is a gap. Support Anti-virus and anti-malware infrastructure implemented either in SaaS service or in the Cloud infrastructure such as AWS. Implementation Support for AV solutions (currently shortlisted products are from Symantec and Trend Micro) for Business BU s. Provide necessary support to other Business BU s who like to get on boarded to the agreed AV solution. VPN implementation; creating country administrators account; defining policies on various solutions from AV vendors viz. trend micro and Symantec (web-security; DLP Management; end-point protection; removable media controls; encryption; mobile security etc.) with countries Monitoring of the infrastructure implemented in AWS environment; to find the threats; associated vulnerabilities and communicate to relevant Support Teams within BUSINESS for their actions. Participate in the response to potential security incidents by identifying and communicating relevant supplementary information Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services. Perform threat management; threat modeling; identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring. Correlate and analyze event logs from all end-point devices (in scope). Provide incident response support; when analysis confirms actionable Security incident. Provide periodic recommendations to enhance security policies; processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency. Ensuring health and upkeep of the infrastructure by taking necessary configuration backup; application backups etc. Generate periodic reports to ensure compliance and as agreed with the Regional Security Officers teamOut of Scope Reconfiguring the network or security devices to respond to security related threats.
