Job Description

    THE ROLEThe inbound sales team is responsible for qualifying and converting the large volume of leads generated from our Website and other marketing channels. We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as Inbound Sales lead leading and growing a team distributed across five countries.Job briefWe are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales lead to lead and coach our team of inbound salespeople. The Inbound Sales Lead will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales process across the team. You will collaborate with various professionals, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. You should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed specific goals. Ultimately, the Inbound Sales Manager will build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage and coach the inbound sales team
    • Set and track sales targets for your team
    • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process
    • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
    • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
    • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
    • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
    • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
    • Build an open-communication environment for your team
    • Liaise with Marketing & Content teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
    • Coordination of clients concerns and adjustment of the services or products to the clients needs
    • Resolving of any issues on the clients site and cooperation with respective other departments
    • Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring of inbound marketing channels and activities
    • Maintenance of existing and building of new relationships by provision of any necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities
    • Ensuring a high-performing customer service system
    • Monitoring of performance and analysis of reports in order to derive improvement plans
    Sales Lead Requirements:To be successful as a sales lead, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the companys products and services.
    • 3+ years of experience in leading sales development teams
    • 2+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in cloud, enterprise software, or tech company
    • Proven record of sales success leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing teams in a fast-growing technology company
    • Ability to hire, onboard, and continuously train top talent early in their sales careers
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions at a fast-paced, growing technology company
    • Experience in successfully managing early in career sales people to achieve performance goals
    • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
    • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
    • Experience in US sales is necessary.
    • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in leading CRM software like Salesforce, PipeDrive, HubSpot or other equivalent software is mandatory.
