Job Description

bResponsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to xe2x82xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
