Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and policy interpretation.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating disciplinary and grievance processes when necessary.
    • Support recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and managing onboarding processes.
    • Advise on performance management systems, providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
    • Assist with HR projects such as organizational development, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
    • Stay current with employment law and HR trends to ensure the organization remains compliant with legal obligations and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in line with data protection regulations.
    • Support HR systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and working with HR leadership on process enhancement.
