Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling the entire Recruitment Cycle (beginning from Sourcing until Joining) for junior, Middle and Senior level positions.
  • Understanding the Clients requirements with regards to skills, position, experience, location, roles & responsibilities.
  • Sourcing, Screening, Short listing & arranging interviews via various Job portals, referrals, Database searches & Job postings.
  • Sourcing profile as per clients requirement and conduct the preliminary rounds for the shortlisted candidates.
  • Conducting preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidate.
  • Coordinating the interview as per the candidates and the clients availability.
  • Constant follow up with the candidates post interviews and updating the client about his / her status.
  • Networking and gathering references from the candidates who have been shortlisted during the interview sessions.
  • Interviewing candidates, validating resumes and short listing potential candidates on the basis of authenticity of experience, skill set combination and credentials. Follow-up with technical panel for interview feedback. Conducting HR interviews, salary negotiation, and finalization of joining Dates. (For internal requirements)
  • Follow up and maintain relationship thereafter
